With more than 30 years of experience in the planning and construction industry, we have acquired vast knowledge and experience with the confidence to deal with whatever a client’s requirements are. Avinash, the Company Director, previously worked for various London Local Authorities as a senior Civil Engineer, before dedicating himself to his own business. The business was started nearly 20 years ago by Avinash, who is a qualified civil engineer. Avinash qualified in India and then completed a Master's in London. The business now operates from a London base servicing clients all over London and Greater London. The business has grown to 8 employees and has garnered a reputation as a skillful and erudite expert.

What We Do

With that background, he can approach cases and proposals understanding the client’s needs and requirements as well as a genuine insight into the way a Local Authority will respond and approach the matter. As a result, he has built a reputation of having a ‘golden touch’ too difficult cases, particularly where clients have received refusals from other consultants and approached him for help. Understanding the ‘system’ in such detail that he is very often able to overcome objections, refusals, and enforcements that other consultants receive and cannot overcome. This is also a reflection of his detailed knowledge of the law and rules and his commitment to continue keeping up with changes that he is able to come to clients with real proposals that work. Whether it is planning an extension for a growing family or changes in lifestyle that cause clients to want to expand their homes to the side or up into a loft space, we will provide a detailed consultation, take measurements and provide a detailed plan. We go ahead with the submission of such plans to the relevant authority once we have full approval from the client. We oversee the whole process, including dealing with pre-applications, concerns from the authority, and advising clients on the way forward. When approval is granted, we also provide structural calculations on the work you need, we can then oversee the work and provide building services. A great deal of our work is also planning an entirely new home, where clients have purchased land or want to demolish an existing property. Commercial ventures where there is a proposal for multiple flats or houses or a mixture. In these types of projects, we are involved with every aspect of these complex applications. From planning and drawing up detailed proposals for submissions, as well as completing the various reports and analyses that the law and authority require before such proposals are approved.
